Guests of the Halifax restaurant can enjoy a succulent bowl of Maritime Seafood Chowder - a creamy chowder with scallops, mussels, salmon and haddock. The main course includes Steamed Lobster Split and Cracked plated with mustard seed, and bacon potato salad, cabbage slaw and brawn butter. Complete the Atlantic cuisine experience with a handmade Garrison Nut Brown Beer Brownie with malted caramel, whipped cream and white chocolate.
