One of the newest of downtown Halifax restaurants, now uses Q Water which offers premium filtered water available in both still and sparkling. As part of the eat-local, sustainable diet at the Halifax restaurant, elements on hollis wanted to embrace an environmentally conscious water system while still providing quality water to guests.

“We’re exciting to offer this great and unique service to our guests as we are one of only two Halifax hotel restaurants using this system,” Says Chef Raj Gupta Director of Food & Beverage. “We filter and chill the water on sight with the Q Water system and it allows us to provide our guests will fresh, pure and chilled water, both still and sparkling without the environmental impact.”

Halifax dining restaurant offers the Q Water which is a premium quality water filtration system that uses Municipal water as its source. The water goes through a 4-stay filtration system to offer guests with premium quality, healthier water. Guest can enjoy Halifax dining with needing to worry about the environmentally unfriendly water bottles or the carbon imprint of transportation. Q Water will ensure the purest water for the locally-sourced dining experience for guests.

The downtown Halifax restaurant provides the best of local ingredients sourced from within 50-miles of the restaurant. Sustainability is a big part of what elements on hollis is all about and they continuously strive to provide a unique, quality-controlled and a true Halifax dining experience. Guests of the Nova Scotia restaurant can enjoy the plentiful variety of Atlantic cuisine dishes while also enjoying the unique flavours of Nova Scotia ingredients.
