Forensic & Compliance Systems(FCS), developer of Cryoserver (http://www.Cryoserver.com), the world's leading forensic email archiving and compliance solution, today announced it has named Tom Ballance Vice President of U.S. Channel Marketing, where he will lead the expansion of the company's U.S. Channel Program to drive adoption of its email compliance device. "Tom's background in digital forensics software and eDiscovery will be invaluable to our success in helping our U.S. channel partners establish Cryoserver as the defacto email compliance archive solution."

Ballance has more than 25 years of sales and management experience in the information technology and telecommunications industries. Most recently, he headed National Account sales at digital forensics software company AccessData Corporation. Prior to AccessData, Ballance held a number of executive management positions at MCI/WorldCom, including Vice President & General Manager of WorldCom Direct, Vice President and General Manager of MCI Wireless and Vice President of MCI Global Accounts. Ballance received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Illinois.

"The Cryoserver email compliance archive solution provides the most secure capabilities for capturing, archiving and retrieving corporate communications," said Ballance. "I look forward to developing and supporting go-to-market strategies for our U.S. channel partners."

Cryoserver is a forensic email compliance solution that meets the data protection and privacy requirements of a wide range of organizations in industries including legal, finance and education, as well as government agencies. The Cryoserver email compliance archive solution is a tamper-evident, sealed appliance that is easy to implement and manage. Traditional email archiving solutions allow organizations to store data, but their lack of forensic capabilities prevents from being used in a court environment as admissible evidence. Cryoserver is the first email archiving product that successfully addresses this issue as it was built from the ground up to merge email archiving, compliance and forensic capabilities.

The FCS Cryoserver U.S. Channel Program is enabling partners with strategic planning, co-marketing and communications activities, technical and client services support, partner portal, market development funds, branded collateral and more. Collaboration and business development between FCS and channel partners typically revolves around email infrastructure solutions and services.

"By expanding our global Channel Program, especially in the U.S., we're helping to meet the communications compliance requirements of partnering companies and their customers," said Harvey.
