A beloved and prolific figure in the culinary space, Chef Emeril Lagasse is the chef and proprietor of 13 award-winning restaurants, and has hosted more than 2,000 shows on the Food Network including Emeril Live and Essence of Emeril. Most recently, Emeril joined Top Chef Seattle – season 10 of Bravo’s hit food series Top Chef – as the show’s newest chef and restaurateur at the judge’s table.
