Montvale, NJ (Vocus/PRWEB ) May 14, 2009 -- One of the nation's fastest growing apartment management companies, Empirian Property Management, honors those working hard for our communities with the Service Appreciation Program – A program established to provide significant rent discounts (up to 30%) for teachers, nurses, police, postal employees, firefighters, EMT, military (active and retired) and members of the National Guard.

The Service Appreciation Program is available in over 350 apartment communities across 17 states (For a complete list, visit www.empirianprogram.com). Empirian allots 5% of overall units for the program.

“The Service Appreciation program is a way for Empirian to give back to the community and to honor the exceptional people who selflessly serve our community every day" says Eli Feller, Assistant VP of Acquisitions, “in these tough economic times, we are grateful to have the opportunity to help”

Empirian's goal to give back to the community doesn't end with the service appreciation program, “in the spirit of the program, for every 100 Service Appreciation Program leases signed, we will grant a rent-free one year lease to a family who has lost their home to foreclosure” Mr. Feller adds.

Firefighter, Randal E. of Toledo, Ohio is thankful for the program “The savings to me and my children have been tremendous. I am currently separated pending a divorce and have 3 kids. Without this program I would be struggling much more than I currently am financially.”

“It's the stories like Randal's that makes us so enthusiastic about this program” says Feller, “we're also privileged to have such fine citizens moving into our apartments”
