Experts on employee engagement – the heightened emotional connection that employees feel for their organization that can drive greater focus and effort – are converging at a premier conference in Chicago, July 31-August 1. Innovating Employee Engagement will address trends, best practices and the future of internal communication in the age of rampant employee disengagement.

As a part of the conference, Communitelligence has launched the Innovating Employee Engagement 08 Survey to help all organizations better understand the key issues and adoption of employee engagement strategies among organizations. Internal communications, HR and business leaders are encouraged to take the brief online survey now live.

The conference includes tracks on understanding, energizing, measuring and the future of employee engagement.
