The list, called the Annual Baker’s Dozen, is based on anonymous customer survey feedback data and on metrics around the breadth and depth of services offered by each employee recognition services provider. Quality of service is a key component to the customer survey and a critical area for making this prestigious list. Other categories assessed are the scope and scale of services offered.

To date Inspirus supports over 1 million employees within 300 different client organizations.
