~ Survey focuses on management of employee relations issues in current economy ~

This year's survey focuses on the impact of current economic conditions on employee relations issues and allegations in the workplace. We want to know what organizations are doing to address the reported upswing in activity.

HR Acuity, a leader in employee relations and workplace investigation solutions, is pleased to announce that its Third Annual Employee Relations & Workplace Investigation Survey will be open from September 8, 2010 through September 30, 2010 . All organizations, regardless of size or industry sector, are invited to participate in the survey which can be accessed at http://www.surveymonkey.com/hracuitysurvey.

The purpose of the survey is to track trends and perform year-over-year statistical analysis of employee relations and workplace investigation processes, tools, and organizational structure so that benchmarks can be determined and best practices identified. This year's survey focuses on the impact of current economic conditions on employee relations within organizations and the steps, if any, that companies are taking to manage these issues.

All data provided by survey participants is held in strictest confidence and maintained by HR Acuity. HR Acuity will make no attributions to any specific company or organization in the survey results nor does the organization use information gathered in the survey for marketing or solicitation purposes. Participants who complete the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the compiled results and analysis. Last year's results, which focused on the impact of consistent processes, can be found on the HR Acuity website.
