The Berke Group is expanding its offering to include both the Berke Profile pre-employment assessment and ODAÂ?s award-winning organizational consulting services.

The Berke Group announced today the consolidation of Organizational Development Associates, Inc. (ODA) with The Berke Group, combining ODA’s 30+ years of success in organizational development consulting with The Berke Group’s powerful pre-employment assessment tool, the Berke Profile.

Originally known for its pre-employment assessment, the Berke Profile, The Berke Group has expanded its offering to include the award-winning consulting services of ODA. The combined solution will offer client companies the tools and services necessary to recruit, select, train, motivate, manage and retain “the best.”
