Envisionier and Medtronic Announce Agreement
Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE:MDT) and Envisionier Medical Technologies, Inc., a privately held company, today announced an agreement that grants exclusive rights for US distribution and marketing of the endogo® system to the ENT (ear, nose, and throat) division of Medtronic.
Rockville, MD (PRWEB) February 16, 2009 -- Envisionier is the developer of the endogo® system, a battery-operated, palm-held endoscopic imaging system for the capture, storage and sharing of endoscopic imaging data with an integrated LCD monitor. The endogo® device is a scalable endoscopic imaging system that can be used with existing rigid and flexible optical endoscopes in any clinical setting. The innovative system provides a more efficient and versatile alternative to traditional, cart-based endoscopic imaging devices.
