The annual AMI Convention and Expo is designed to deliver educational and networking opportunities to members of the meat processing and distribution industries. This 2012 Expo is co-locating with the Food Marketing Institute (FMI), United Fresh and the U.S. Food Showcase Conventions, and is expected to attract more than 25,000 attendees and 1,200 exhibitors.
