Dedicated Focus with LANDesk experts creates three ways to efficiently manage systems

En Pointe Technologies, a national provider of IT products and services, announced today that it has formed a new Systems Management practice in order to better align itself with the changing needs of the marketplace. The LANDesk consulting group is dedicated to providing pre and post sales services that help reduce overall IT costs, and create ROI driven business processes.

The group will provide pre and post sales services to help uncover areas in organizations where there is an opportunity to reduce costs and increase productivity in the areas of; Desktop and Mobile Management, IT asset management, IT service management and Endpoint Security.

The Systems Management team will focus on providing solutions based around the LANDesk software suite of tools, the industry leading solution set for enterprise level IT departments. With such a comprehensive product line, the group will provide technology consulting to identify areas of business management and technology processes where cost advantages and increased productivity can be obtained.

In order to provide its customers with substantial cost reductions, En Pointe Technologies can deliver these services in three ways: The company can solve these IT challenges through traditional premise-based installations, by using its field and service desk to manage systems for the customer, and also by supplying the hardware+service through a monthly subscription model.
