MBO Partners appointed David Cassar as Vice President of Implementations of the firm’s Enterprise Solutions division. Cassar brings 15 years of experience implementing a range of solutions including Human Capital solutions and large ERP implementations. His role will be focused on enabling clients of MBO to realize the value of their independent contractor and SOW consultant workforces. MBO provides independent contractor compliance and engagement programs for Fortune 2000 enterprises and providers of staffing and contingent workforce services.

Cassar has over 15 years of experience providing customized solutions for a wide range of clients. Magazine) and most recently worked for Aon Consulting customizing human capital solutions for global enterprises. He has implemented a wide range of solutions including large ERP implementations, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and the outsourcing of recruitment and staffing services. A certified Senior Human Resource Professional (SPHR), Cassar has held Board of Directors roles with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). He graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University.
