All its services, AGC Environmental assured, are done by toxic mold experts...all the hard data it provides about a mold problem, including documentations and reports, could be used as official documents for insurance claims and court hearings.
Miami, FL (PRWEB) April 08, 2013
A family in Florida was forced to leave their newly purchased house after discovering it's infested with black mold and plagued with many other damages. According to a report by firstcoastnews.com on April 02, 2013, the issues with the house got the owners worried over the health of their child. Learning about their predicament, environmental impact assessment company AGC Environmental expressed its intent to help. It suggested them a way how to get mold inspection and mold remediation that could aid them in legal recourse.
As the report said, the McGill family bought their new 1.14-acre Middleburg home via Craigslist. It cost $89,000, and they paid $5,000 for the down payment.
However, as based on the report, instead of being a haven, the property turned out to be a house of flaws for the family. It detailed that it sustained damages from rats, its fence is coming apart, its windows are not completely sealed and some joints on the exterior of it are exposed. Worse, there is black mold all over it, the news added.
Kenneth McGill, according to the report, admitted that they did not check the house for damages when they bought it. And though the seller said that they would send over a renovator, it related that they would have to pay for it.
However, a real estate law expert said in the same report that if the seller was aware of the problems but did not reveal them, the McGills could take the issue to the court. And as AGC Environmental asserted, they could help the family win the case.
AGC Environmental, as specified on its website, is basically an environmental impact assessment company. It offers mold inspection and mold remediation services. It also helps in the identification of possible health problems caused by mold.
Particularly though, it could identify the indoor air quality spore counts, the source of the problem and the scope of the work needed to remove mold correctly and safely. And together with its toxic mold expert consultation and assessment services, it could provide report data on how to correct the problem, documentation for insurance and home inspection paperwork for buying a new home.
All its services, AGC Environmental assured, are done by toxic mold experts. And as it added, all the hard data it provides about a mold problem, including documentations and reports, could be used as official documents for insurance claims and court hearings. Those papers, it said, increase the chance of winning the mold case.
