Ernest Communications announces a strategic restructuring of their Sales and Marketing departments; additional positions are dedicated to helping the Business Partner Channel succeed. David D'Antonio, VP of Sales and Marketing for Ernest, is focused on making the company's resources accessible, manageable, and straightforward for Partners and Clients across North America. D'Antonio's restructuring includes moving Heather Townsend into the Director of Marketing position to oversee marketing communications, strategy, and creative direction for all channels. Townsend has held a Channel Director title with Ernest for the past three years and brings several years of global marketing and branding experience to the role.
In addition to an increased concentration on Marketing, John Ray has been brought in to the team to manage the Western Region Partner Channel, allowing Kevin Hesseltine time to manage the Eastern Region. The full Sales and Marketing team working out of Ernest HQ brings an average of 15+ years of voice and data communications experience including premise-based and hosted technology, SIP trunking, multiple broadband products, MPLS, and digital and analog voice.
