E-Signature Technologies (eSigTek) is a company based in High Point, NC, that has been doing business with the healthcare staffing industry as an exclusive partner of Amistaff Healthcare Technology since 2006. Today eSigTek launched its first stand-alone product on eSigTek.com now available to all industries. The product is designed to meet the needs of both large and small companies that require signatures of any kind. The new service includes free accounts allowing up to ten electronic signatures per month. The biggest addition to the new version is a drag-and-drop document builder that allows companies to collect user input and legally binding signatures on any existing Word, Excel or PDF document. eSigTek’s mission is to provide an online solution that helps companies increase efficiency in operations, reduce hiring time, increase sales turnovers, and become less paper dependent.
eSigTek has been running a beta system over the last four months offering it’s service to industry leaders including Onward Healthcare and OnAssignment Nursing Division. The new launch also brings on existing clients of the original eSigTek integrated with NurseTesting.com. This transition brings on clients such as Medical Staffing Network (the nation’s fourth largest staffing firm) and over one hundred others including Maxim Staffing, TruStaff and Flex-Med. Marla Pelle the Quality Manager for Onward Healthcare states, “Since introducing the eSigTek system to our members we have achieved a higher rate of customer satisfaction as well as an increase in productivity. In addition, eSigTek has allowed us to virtually go paperless and eliminate hard copy files.”
Jean Pierre Mourre, Director of Business Development for eSignature Technologies says, “eSigTek provides our clients with a user friendly, legally binding and efficient way to sign documents online and manage them without having to print, fax, or file any paper copies. We are focused on helping our customer to improve their way of communication by reducing mailing costs, reduce hiring costs and time by becoming less paper dependent and at the same time helping to reduce deforestation.”
eSigTek has initiated a process to operate in Peru and become the first web-based electronic signature solution and document management system accredited by the Peruvian government. This will make eSigTek the first company to offer this type of solution in Latin America where the internet market and the demand for web base services and solutions have increased tremendously over the last ten years. Last month an article was published in the official government newspaper "El Peruano" acknowledging the registration of eSigTek as a new brand in Peru in three different classes.
Now that eSigTek is available as a stand-alone product it’s developers are looking for other software companies interested in integrating with the electronic signature service. eSigTek has proven itself as a viable addition to other online software as it has been integrated with NurseTesting.com’s online assessment system for over three years. An integration API and private labeled reseller programs are available for interested partners that are looking to offer eSigTek's services as part of a value added solution.
The official eSigTek launch will be at the Staffing Industry Executive Forum in Miami, March 17th through 19th 2009. The Staffing Industry Executive Forum is the most prominent annual meeting for CEOs, owners, and senior level executives from all sectors and segments of the staffing industry.
