We are thrilled to be opening our first haart branch in Chelsmford.
Chelmsford, Essex (PRWEB UK) 22 June 2013
haart estate agents is to open its first ever branch in Chelmsford.
The UK’s largest independent estate agent has invested over £100,000 transforming a former food retail outlet at 65 Duke Street into its biggest branch in Essex to date. It is set to be officially opened by The Mayor of Chelmsford, Councillor Christopher Kingsley, and Mayoress, Mrs Marian Kingsley on May 10th.
The 2,000 sq ft site, which will house both sales and lettings, has received a radical transformation by haart’s team of interior designers.
The new look will include the installation of new fascias, walls and carpets together with state of the art computer and telephone systems in the branch. There is also a break out area where customers can discuss their needs in a more relaxed, informal environment, whether they are looking to buy, sell, let or rent. Touch screen computers have been added for customers to pop in and browse haart’s range of properties. The look has been finished off with a number of highly colourful back lit blinds to help promote the branch at night.
Heading up the branch is Jamie Kill. Formerly the Branch Manager for haart’s sister brand Spicer McColl in Chelmsford, he will oversee a five-strong sales team. They are joined by a two-strong lettings team led by Steven McDowell. Between both teams they have over 50 yeas experience of estate agency in Essex. They are supported by Laura King, a Mortgage Advisor with Just Mortgages, the independent High Street mortgage brokers.
Paul Smith, Chief Executive Officer of haart, said: “We are thrilled to be opening our first haart branch in Chelsmford. The town offers huge potential for a customer centric brand such as haart and we have every confidence that haart, with its advanced marketing techniques, will prove to be as equally popular in Chelmsford as other parts of Essex.”
