eSynergize Founders Looking to Channel Their Internet Expertise Gathered Over More Than a Decade to Assist Businesses of All Types and Sizes.

"We see tremendous opportunity for these businesses to profitably accelerate growth by integrating online marketing with their existing offline activities"... "And, it all begins with an SEO-friendly and compelling website design."

Three former Wachovia Bank executives have joined forces to form eSynergize Online Solutions. The new company offers a comprehensive array of Internet marketing, web design and development, search engine optimization (SEO), and eBusiness consulting services.

eSynergize is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a satellite office in Yardley, Pennsylvania. The company will offer its services nationally, but initially concentrate new business development efforts in the Charlotte and Philadelphia metropolitan markets.

Gary Suess who led building and headed Direct Lending at Wachovia over a 10-year period, will serve as CEO of eSynergize. The other founders are James Johnson, who will fill the role of Chief Administrative Officer, and Joan Sommerer, who will serve as Chief Marketing Officer.

Suess explained eSynergize's focus, "We have been fortunate to already land contracts with businesses in a variety of industries, ranging from a start-up to a Fortune 150 company, but we believe our greatest opportunity will be to assist small and medium sized companies. Typically those businesses are not able to invest in maintaining this type of in-house expertise and possess the greatest upside to realize success online."

"We see tremendous opportunity for these businesses to profitably accelerate growth by integrating online marketing with their existing offline activities," added Sommerer, who previously led Wachovia's Direct Lending Internet activities, including the design of a nationally recognized website. “Online marketing has been the only channel to grow through the recession due to its overall effectiveness.”

eSynergize joins a growing trend of interactive agencies that differentiate themselves by offering full spectrum Internet assistance, combining web design and development with a variety of online marketing services such as search engine optimization, paid search, email marketing, social media marketing, copywriting, and reputation management.

"As our name suggests, there are great synergies to be gained through the thoughtful integration of all aspects of a company's online presence,” reinforced Johnson, who previously served as Wachovia’s Direct Lending Administration Director. “And, it all begins with an SEO-friendly and compelling website design. At Wachovia, we combined a top-rated website with sophisticated online marketing to generate billions of dollars of business."

Suess summed up the vision and opportunity this way, "It makes for a true win, win scenario. By sharing our Internet experience, know-how, and passion, we can partner with businesses to help them build upon the success they have achieved largely through traditional channels."
