Carrying the theme, “Where Talent Gets Discovered,” the site puts its money where its message is, casting its own members in the television and digital spots. “I kind of broke out of my shell with this,” says Vanessa Barrett, a singer who is showcased in one ad. “I'm beyond thankful for the experience,” she says, adding that it not only offers great exposure, it also helped her gain confidence.
