EtQ, Inc. has announced the release of its Job Safety Analysis (JSA) module in the release of Reliance 6.2.
EtQ recognized the need for a function that enables a proactive method of mitigating risk in each individual job function and implemented the JSA for this purpose.
EtQ's JSA module breaks down a job position into various steps in order to analyze each step for potential safety hazards, identify each step's associated hazards, analyze the risk of the hazard occurring, and determine preventive measures such as personal protective equipment (PPE) to be used, and counter measures that should be put in place. EtQ's Risk Assessment tools provide the core technology necessary to determining the risk of a hazard occurring. EtQ's JSA module also has the ability to conduct a Risk Assessment to measure the residual risk of identified hazards.
