European Wax Center Westport has partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Connecticut in celebration of the organization’s 25th Anniversary, helping make a wish come true for a Connecticut child. European Wax Center Westport has announced that they have set a goal to raise $5,000 for the organization, which is the average cost of a wish in the state of Connecticut. On November 26th, European Wax Center of Westport celebrated its Grand Opening, dedicating 12 hours—8:00AM to 8:00PM—to providing exceptional body waxing in Westport, Connecticut in an effort to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
The mission of the Make-A-Wish Foundation is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy. European Wax Center Westport has announced that they set a goal to raise $5,000 for the organization, which is the average cost of a wish in the state of Connecticut. The granting of a wish helps a child see that there is hope, encourages them to be strong in their battle, and brings a little happiness and light into their life and the lives of their loved ones at a time when they need it most.
At the beginning of the Thanksgiving season, European Wax Center Westport asked everyone in the community to join in their effort by making a donation to their campaign as they take advantage of waxing in Westport, Connecticut. This fundraiser will continue on through the holiday season, allowing guests to continue donations, both through the center as well as the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s website. Stop in to European Wax Center Westport, located at: 409 Post Road East, Westport, CT 06880 or call (203) 295-8905 to make a donation today.
“It’s the time of year when we need to be thankful for our blessings, and give thanks to those less fortunate. Please open your heart to help grant the wish of a child who needs hope, strength and joy to continue their battle against a life-threatening medical condition. Together we can make a different in the life of a child!” – European Wax Center-Westport.
