PAAM Unveils Brand New Version of Popular Event Management Software

Event management software, PAAM (Personnel Application, Administration and Management), is taking an all-new, enhanced act on the road this summer. PAAM has quickly become a festival favourite, as organizers all over the UK sang the praises of this innovative event management software system. It lets festival organizers simplify and streamline each essential job function, from organizing and recruiting staff to volunteer management. Now better than ever, PAAM’s makers have fashioned a series of requests into chart-topping medley for their 2011 release.

PAAM (Personnel Application, Administration and Management) event management software was used in 2010 to recruit and organise over 2,500 staff and over 1,500 volunteers across more than 30 of the UK’s most notable festivals and events. Team leaders for last year’s Leeds, Reading and Glastonbury Festivals, The Big Chill and many more, found they were able to control everything from timetables to briefings to event recruitment with just the click of a mouse. Leaders were delighted they could seamlessly access PAAM either onsite or at the event head office. Starting out as a humble online application form in 2001, the latest redesign of PAAM comes in response to the growing number of applications for positions and volunteer opportunities at UK events. Created by Hotbox Studios Ltd, the innovative software package has been overhauled and packed with additional features to allow festival bosses who need event management software for effortless management of large teams from the ground up.

PAAM assists with consolidating the pre-event, onsite and post-event administration involved with recruiting large teams and with employee and volunteer management.
