Event Payment Services will now offer assistance in administrating live events through our new Event Administration Service (EAS), alongside the WeRaiseIt web portal, an all-in-one online auction and web-based fundraising software.
EAS may provide a single coordinator per event to oversee volunteer staff, or multiple coordinators in lieu of volunteer staff, to provide any and all services for events. In order to ensure success at each event, coordinators will be available to administrate staff and/or volunteers in data entry upon guest check-in and registration, review guest cashier and checkout processes, and review and verify terminal initialization process within the WeRaiseIt web portal. Event coordinators will be available to troubleshoot and answer all questions or concerns by staff, volunteers, and guests.
Event Payment Services will also provide telephone support for customers, available until midnight (central time) on the nights of these events, with or without use of these coordinators.
