Evergreen Podcasts (Evergreen), a Cleveland, Ohio-based podcast network, is proud to announce a partnership with The Chad & Cheese Podcast. Known in industry circles as “HR’s Most Dangerous Podcast,” this is the latest great addition to the diverse Evergreen catalog. The Chad & Cheese Podcast will help support the growth of the network’s business podcasts category.

Hosts and industry veterans, Chad Sowash and Joel Cheesman, punch the recruiting industry right in the face – with breaking news, brash opinion, and loads of hilarious snark.

The Chad & Cheese Podcast cuts through the clutter with “No-BS” conversations around workforce development, branding, marketing, diversity, and technology. Hiring companies, employers, and vendors tune in weekly for insights from practitioners, vendors, and more.

The hosts of Chad & Cheese have the background to facilitate dynamic conversations with flair. Chad spent time as an Army Infantry Drill Sergeant and entered online recruiting in ’98 with OCC before it was combined with The Monster Board and launched in ’99 as Monster.com. He helped build organizations like DirectEmployers, steered RecruitMilitary as CXO, and built Randstad’s very first military veteran hiring program. Joel is another recruiting industry tech junky from the late 90’s. He worked at eSpan, one of the very first job boards in the world, in addition to JobOptions, CareerBoard, and Jobing. He’s also an entrepreneur, having launched and sold companies like HRSEO, HirePPC, mJob, Hungry Thumb, and ClevelandRents. In addition to the podcast, he currently runs start-up Ratedly.com and writes at Cheezhead.com.

"The Podcast Industry is booming and to effectively scale we needed a solid partner, which is why we're excited to team with Evergreen Podcasts,” noted Chad Sowash, Co-Founder of The Chad & Cheese Podcast, “Our vision is to become a major catalyst in growing the Evergreen network with podcast voices from the HR, TA, Employment Brand, and Marketing sectors, combined with new voices who deserve to be lifted and heard.”

“We could not be more thrilled to be the new home for The Chad & Cheese Podcast,“ says Michael C. DeAloia, CEO of Evergreen Podcasts. “This is the exciting programming that we strive to produce and distribute to our dedicated and growing audience.”
