Evoke Consulting, one of the region’s known providers of federal management consulting, information technology and business services, has appointed Maya Eloul Chavez as its Chief Human Capital Officer. The hiring of Ms. Chavez as a member of the Executive team at Evoke underscores the company’s focus on talent acquisition, expanding its high-performing employee culture and alignment with the strategic corporate goals.
Ms. Chavez comes to Evoke with an extensive background in human capital management and a strong acumen in diverse areas, including matters unique to government consulting across both small and large businesses. Ms. Chavez spent over seventeen years as CNSI’s Vice President of Human Resources overseeing transformation of its corporate policies, implementing operational best practices in order to meet both short- and long-term strategies for a company with over 1000 employees nationwide.

Ms. Chavez is a senior executive with over 17 years of leadership experience in Human Resources who has guided company growth from a small business with 70 employees and $50M in revenue to one with close to 1000 employees and revenue of $180M utilizing strategic initiatives, performance-based compensation and best practices.
