Florida Regional Center, based in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., has selected Exclusive Visas, one of the premier EB-5 consulting firms in the U.S., to assist in the formation of the newly-formed regional center, and to market its future projects to foreign investors. As part of its duties, Exclusive Visas will introduce Florida Regional Center to its international network of referral agents and represent it at trade shows around the globe.

The Florida Regional Center provides investment opportunities to foreign nationals who help to fund Florida real estate development projects by utilizing the Federal Government’s EB-5 Visa Program. The program provides foreign investors with expedited immigration into the United States while creating jobs for U.S. citizens at no cost to the American taxpayer.

“This program works on many levels, providing the developer with a much needed funding alternative to traditional bank financing,” said Nicholas Mastroianni, II, president of the Florida Regional Center.

In order for the Federal Government to approve a Regional Center, the applicant must demonstrate that with each $500,000 contribution by a foreign investor, ten sustainable jobs must be created within a designated geographic area.

A mixed-use real estate project called Harbourside, located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Jupiter, is the first project planned for the new Florida Regional Center.

“We believe Harbourside will exceed the job creation quota because it not only provides jobs for the construction and maintenance of the project, but it will also be home to new and existing businesses, restaurants and retail shops,” said Mastroianni.

Harbourside has already been approved for development by the town of Jupiter and is expected to create over 2,000 jobs. The project will also include a 120-room hotel, amphitheater and marina.

“We are very proud to be part of this project,” said Exclusive Visas Co-founder Joe Sloboda. “The Florida Regional Center presents a very good opportunity for the EB-5 applicant, as their money will complement a significant investment from the developer himself, as well as public financing. The endorsement of local, state and federal government officials has been overwhelming and we expect this project to garner significant interest from EB-5 investors from around the world."
