The United States has taken a hard hit with the current state of the economy, and the unemployment rate has now decreased to 7.8 percent in September (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). Mathew Tan, founder of Centle Executive Recruiting, says he has seen how badly the labor force has been affected and watched as many Americans either took jobs they were miserable doing, or ended up leaving to go overseas to find work.
What spawned the founder’s idea to create Centle was a desire to produce certain exclusivity between domestic-based employers and potential employees who are overseas, in hopes to help return them home to the States. The company has officially launched this month with a new website, the resources set to help, and a passion that will drive the company to succeed in helping its clients.
“With globalization taking its hold, the American job market has faced many hard challenges,” said Mathew Tan, Centle’s founder. “I want to help reduce job outsourcing and help bring anyone who is already overseas back home again.”
Centle Executive Recruiting helps search for the right talent by listening to clients’ needs: candidate’s skills, education, experience, and other parameters that their desired position may require.
"Centle recruiting utilizes a unique approach to the recruiting process that involves a specialized and individual approach and understanding of what both the employer and potential employee are looking for,” says Tan.
