In this role, McFarland is responsible for driving new sales growth, building the overall go-to-market model and Product Management at SCA. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry to SCA Technologies and he has extensive professional experience leading sales teams and organizations in the Supply Chain and ERP space. Prior to joining SCA, McFarland was a Senior Vice President & General Manager for SAP, Retail and held senior leadership positions with Manhattan Associates and Manugustics (JDA). He holds a degree in Business from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and resides in Pittsburgh.
