San Antonio Eye Center acknowledges Carol Harris, a recently deceased valued employee.

San Antonio Eye Center wants to recognize and show appreciation to one of its former employees who recently passed away.

Carol Harris was a mentor, leader, and supporter of all. She was quick to recognize people's struggles, and help them to recognize, and lead them to solutions. She always faced a challenge with the right attitude and personality and never gave up.

She built the first ophthalmic ambulatory surgical center in Texas. She was never opposed to being wrong or not knowing; this led her to unknowingly teach many employees into believing in the same thing.

Carol recently retired, and while hesitant, she was never afraid to let go. She knew her values, principals, and philosophy would live on. Carol's success in life was finding the right people and believing in them to carry on. The San Antonio Eye Center today is a place for comprehensive eye care for all of the San Antonio community because Carol trusted in those and had faith to support the medical practice she believed in.

Among her other endeavors, she converted two historic homes into businesses in downtown San Antonio, and gave countless hours to charities and anyone that needed help.

Carol Harris led Dudley Harris and the staff of SA Eye to be the best all encompassing vision provider in San Antonio; for this she will never be forgotten.
