Relaxation exercises are the foundation of healthy vision
San Francisco, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) May 20, 2011
Dr. Meir Schneider—who was proclaimed permanently blind as a child and now has a valid driver’s license—is hosting a self-healing lecture and a workshop Memorial Day Weekend. Schneider will teach students exercises that he says can help heal vision conditions and diseases, back and spine injuries, and muscular dystrophies and atrophies.
During the Power of Healing lecture Schneider will demonstrate the inter-relationships of people’s bodies and eyes, and show how working either one helps heal the other. The lecture will be held on Friday, May 27 from 7 pm to 9 pm. Admission is $8.
“Simple body movement and vision exercises work together to heal the body and eyes,” said Schneider.
The Power of Healing workshop is designed to rejuvenate, oxygenate, and revitalize students’ vision by performing relaxation exercises and natural vision improvement exercises. The workshop will be held on Saturday, May 28 from 9 am to 1 pm. Admission is $110.
“Relaxation exercises are the foundation of healthy vision,” said Schneider. “Relaxation of your central vision while stimulating your peripheral vision can help improve your vision.”
The lecture and workshop will be held at the Center for Transformative Vision located at 819 ½ Pacific Avenue; Suite 3 in Santa Cruz, California.
