Folkestone, Kent (PRWEB UK) 1 March 2013
The beauty company, who targets local regional clients, offers a range of beauty treatments based from a salon in Ashford, Kent.
The soon to be updated site (http://www.fairydustbeauty.com) has one goal in mind: to elevate the user experience on all device platforms. Whether a first time visitor, a returning customer, or a die-hard fan of the beauty company, the new website increases engagement upon every visit.
Design features include: Rich product imagery, social media integration, filterable Portfolio/Gallery system, and Non-Obtrusive Javascript. All major site elements work even on old browsers. All page elements re-size beautifully for any screen size or resolution, specifically with iPhone, iPad and Android mobile users in mind.
Chris Longley of the web design firm confirms, "Some of the most important features of design were omitted, which is typical of the cheaper hosting one click website creation software. Nested tables, under-use of Meta Tags and multiple H3 tags are not what the search engines prefer and in a design sense, not very flexible."
The Folkestone firm, http://www.chrislongley.co.uk, acknowledges that in the redesign, there were opportunities to open the site up, update the look and feel, and define the content areas more clearly. You'll notice from the new layout that we have increased the site width and centered it to better optimise the screen real estate.
Integration into social media is implemented as the beauty company has a Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus accounts. The beauty business has made excellent outreach via Facebook with over 600 Likes and regular Twitter updates. The design merges best of both.
The Kent web firm also confirm enquiries in this difficult market are on the up. With Advertising via Google and Facebook proving a worthwhile investment in targeting new clients or niche markets like dentists for new website design.
