The Plaintiff suffered from pain, shock and mental anguish as a result of his injury, the suit alleges. The lawsuit also alleges that these damages will lead to ongoing expenses for medical care and attention. Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges that the Plaintiff was and will continue to be unable to perform normal activities and that there was no negligence on his part in any way.
