“People want to be able to use their mobile devices to get in touch with companies when they want customer service,” Fraser said. “Now, we've made that easier than ever before.”
Fraser said the company is also taking the time to add new staff to lower hold times and respond to customer complaints more quickly than before.
“Nobody will change their minds about call centers until we start delivering beyond their expectations,” Fraser said. “It's as simple as that.”
