Our mission is to develop leaders, and you don’t attract and retain the best leaders without having a great culture or providing runways for individual growth.

Two recent honors have recognized Fathom’s growth and working environment. For the first time, NorthCoast 99 this month named Fathom one of the best places to work in Northeast Ohio. At the same time, Inc. 5000 announced in August that Fathom was named one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States for 2011.

While one award recognizes top-line revenue growth (Inc. 5000), the other recognizes company benefits and culture (NorthCoast 99). Each award reflects Fathom’s continued growth as seen in new offerings, clients and hires.

“The goal of Fathom’s growth is to provide employees with ‘career runways,’ so it’s not coincidental that we’ve been singled out for both company growth and excellent culture,” said Scot Lowry, President & CEO. “As far as we’re concerned, the two are completely intertwined. Our mission is to develop leaders, and you don’t attract and retain the best leaders without having a great culture or providing runways for individual growth. I am proud to celebrate these honors with everyone at Fathom. They result from the hard work people put forth every day to empower each other and help our clients’ businesses thrive!”

The Inc. 5,000 is a national list published annually by Inc. magazine. It recognizes the fastest-growing private U.S. companies by three-year revenue growth. NorthCoast 99 is a local Northeast Ohio list from ERC, the leading HR organization serving Cleveland, Akron and Northeast Ohio. It looks to honor “organizations [that] excel at creating workplaces that attract and retain top performers in Northeast Ohio.”

Earlier this year, Fathom launched predictive analytics and marketing automation offerings under a new messaging and analytics solution called Actify.

Other recent awards included being named to The Plain Dealer’s “Top Workplaces 2012” and AdAge’s “25 Largest U.S. Search-Marketing Agencies” (by revenue). A Fathom case study of a client’s success with video and social media was a finalist in the 2012 SoMe Awards. Finally, the company’s intranet has been submitted to compete in Nielsen Norman Group's Intranet Design Annual 2013.
