Two recent honors have recognized Fathom’s growth and working environment. For the first time, NorthCoast 99 this month named Fathom one of the best places to work in Northeast Ohio. At the same time, Inc. 5000 announced in August that Fathom was named one of the 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States for 2011.
While one award recognizes top-line revenue growth (Inc. 5000), the other recognizes company benefits and culture (NorthCoast 99). Each award reflects Fathom’s continued growth as seen in new offerings, clients and hires.

The Inc. 5,000 is a national list published annually by Inc. magazine. It recognizes the fastest-growing private U.S. companies by three-year revenue growth. NorthCoast 99 is a local Northeast Ohio list from ERC, the leading HR organization serving Cleveland, Akron and Northeast Ohio. It looks to honor “organizations [that] excel at creating workplaces that attract and retain top performers in Northeast Ohio.”
Earlier this year, Fathom launched predictive analytics and marketing automation offerings under a new messaging and analytics solution called Actify.
