Indianapolis-based company, Fathom Voice, announces its newest application, Fathom Q. Fathom Q, or simply ‘Q’ provides a fully-scalable, contact center solution that allows companies to manage their inbound and outbound calling efforts inside one socially-aware and smart-routing platform.
