The Fatsnapapp isn’t another calorie counter. Frankly, those are just boring...Instead, it allows users to recognise exactly what they’re eating and makes that relevant by equating each food item to minutes of exercise.

The Fatsnapapp recognises that everyone has their moments of weakness; we all enjoy indulging once in a while, whether it’s a burger, pizza or a slice of chocolate cake. However with new legislation coming into force in Britain stating that retailers must declare the calorific value of each individual food item, the population will be even more aware about what they are eating.
The app is developed by Zaggora, the brand behind iconic weight loss products such as Zaggora Hotpants, Flares and Capri Flares that have sold over one a minute since July last year.
With obesity rates soaring every year in Britain and the US, we are at risk of becoming a nation of couch potatoes. It is clear that we need to raise awareness amongst adults and children and get Britain active once more.
Whilst so many iphone and android apps focus on helping you count calories and providing little solutions for overeating and fitness, the new fatsnapapp from Zaggora recognises the calorific value of your food yet provides you with an effective workout to help you stay healthy and in shape.
FatSnapapp allows you to take photos of food that you're eating using your iphone. You will then be told exactly how many minutes of exercise are needed to burn those calories. Users will be able to share photos, review and comment on others.
The new fatsnapapp provides the user the opportunity to see what their friends, celebrities and people across the world are eating, as well as being an advanced calorie counter. You will then be able to ‘like’, comment and give your opinion on every photo uploaded. Whether it’s Britney’s lunch or Victoria Beckham’s dinner, all will be revealed on FatSnap!
Co-Founder of Zaggora Malcolm Bell says ‘The Fatsnapapp isn’t another calorie counter. Frankly, those are just boring. We were fascinated with the idea of seeing what Britney Spears had for lunch and the fatsnapapp was born. Instead, it allows users to recognise exactly what they’re eating and makes that relevant by equating each food item to minutes of exercise. We all love a juicy burger but its useful to know that burger is worth a 30 minute run!.
Calorie counting and weight loss is frankly boring. Zaggora, believes weight loss is a whole lot easier and much more fun with FatSnap.
The fatsnapapp will be developed for iphone and Android and will be available from April this year. Getting fat may never be the same.
