Sustainability is a key goal—the First Project Success initiative is designed to get Immediatag partners comfortable with developing their own mobile experiences, not make them dependent on consultants.

Immediatag, LLC, a software and consulting services startup based in Austin, Texas, is pleased to announce the addition of four new museum partners to its First Project Success Initiative—a unique collaboration between Immediatag and cultural institutions that gives them a “helping hand” with their first mobile experience project.

— The Blanton Museum of Art at The University of Texas at Austin, one of the foremost university art museums in the country and administrator of the largest and most comprehensive collection of art in Central Texas.

— The Museum of the South Dakota State Historical Society, a public museum committed to promoting an understanding and appreciation of South Dakota's rich heritage and complex history through collections, exhibits, programs, and events.

— The Wichita Falls Museum of Art at Midwestern State University, a fine art museum that hosts temporary exhibitions of contemporary, American, and international art along with a permanent collection of fine art prints by American artists.

— The Umlauf Sculpture Garden and Museum, a natural oasis in Austin, Texas dedicated to the work of 20th century American sculptor Charles Umlauf.

"The 'mobile experience concept' is such a new and elastic idea that we’re all still trying to feel our way along," explains CEO Joseph Pagano. "This is why we're so excited for the opportunity to work with, and learn from, such a diverse group of cultural institutions on implementing great mobile experiences that make sense for their institutions and the communities they serve."

ABOUT THE FIRST PROJECT SUCCESS INITIATIVE
The First Project Success initiative is a unique collaboration between Immediatag and cultural institutions designed to help institutions implement their first mobile experience. Sustainability is a key goal—the First Project Success initiative is designed to get Immediatag partners comfortable with developing their own mobile experiences, not make them dependent on consultants.

As part of First Project Success, museums, historic sites, and other cultural institutions enjoy the benefits of Immediatag consulting services free of charge—approximately $2,000 in free services per project. This greatly reduces the costs and risks involved in developing a mobile experience, particularly for small institutions taking their first step into the world of mobile.
