For 40 years, the Bennett Family has owned and operated the Fence Factory, and has made it their business to bring safety and security to four-legged and two-legged family members alike.

In support of this commitment, they are teaming up with local dog rescue organizations this summer in various Southern California Fence Factory locations to host a pet adoption event series. The goal is to satisfy their belief that all animals deserve a safe and loving home.

Among their specialty products is agricultural fencing, which includes dog runs and horse corrals, both designed to humanely house and corral animals. But hosting a pet adoption event is something more personal – and powerful.

Each adoption event will be held at the local Fence Factory locations and will be serving complimentary refreshments. Special offers on dog runs will also be offered to those who attend!

The Fence Factory summer pet adoption dates and locations are as follows:

June 15th from 9am – 12pm: Goleta (805) 965-2817 - 60 South Kellogg Ave, Goleta, CA 93117

June 29th from 10am – 3pm: Ventura (805) 642-3249 - 1606 Los Angeles Avenue, Ventura, CA 93004

Date and time TBD: Agoura Hills (818) 889-2240 - 29414 Roadside Drive, Agoura Hills, CA 91301

A December 12th adoption event hosted at Fence Factory Atascadero found homes for over a dozen lucky dogs, so the Bennett Family is hoping to surpass the success of the winter event. Steve Bennett, President of Fence Factory, recently viewed the documentary “One Nation Under Dog,” and recognizes the desperate need for people to spay and neuter their pets. “It’s definitely an epidemic.” Says Mr. Bennett, “And this is only ONE of the reasons why we have so many animals needing good homes now. It’s really sad. So we wanted to do what we could to help.”
