Butler, PA (PRWEB) May 24, 2009 -- The family owned fence fabrication, sales and installation company founded in 1976 by Larry Galbreath has recently named Larry's son, Chad, as company President. Chad Galbreath's brings not only new leadership but also 20 years of fence industry experience to the position. He also maintains certifications from the American Fence Association, of which Penn Fencing has been member since 1997.

Under the new leadership, Penn Fencing continues to modernize its infrastructure and change its marketing strategies to keep pace with consumer demands. On January 1, 2009 the company launched a new and more user friendly website designed and built by Todd Bowser of Penn Fencing, Inc. in collaboration with Cindy Bachmann of Impactiv, Inc., an ecommerce Web design firm. The new site, PennFence.com, has helped this outdoor home improvement company reach a national marketplace. The site was launched to give customers a superior online shopping experience when buying fence, vinyl decking and porch or deck hand railing.
The firm has expanded its custom iron and aluminum fabrication department naming Ange Waynar as department leader. The new leadership is tasked with increasing sales and fabrication of custom made outdoor decorative iron, steel and aluminum fence and hand railing. Kevin Lukacs was hired to fill the position of Production Manager, previously held by Ange Waynar. Along with the addition of Kevin, five installation crew members were hired and three new trucks were added to the company's fleet of vehicles to handle the increase in project work.
Penn Fencing, Inc. is also expanding its offline presence by adding new electronic signage, radio and billboard advertising. The sales force has also been expanded. Joe Sedmak was brought on board as a sales representative to cover the company's southern territories and two new installation crew members were hired at the Seneca, Pa. branch location. Penn Fencing, Inc. presently operates 3 locations to service fence, deck and railing installations in Western Pennsylvania with the goal of adding a 4th within the next year.
