Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) July 09, 2014

Fennemore Craig, a leading Mountain West regional law firm, announced Marc Lamber and James Goodnow, directors in the firm’s Phoenix office, have been hired as consultants by Italian cyclist, Paola Gianotti, who was involved in a serious auto accident in Arizona last month.

Gianotti, an avid cyclist, was endeavoring to set the world record for biking around the world in less than three months but her dream was interrupted due to recent events. She sought Lamber and Goodnow’s assistance to secure an extension from Guinness World Records. With this extension Gianotti will now be able to continue with her world record attempt once she is fully recovered and cleared by doctors to continue cycling. Lamber and Goodnow have also met with State Representative Victoria Steele, to gather information regarding Steele’s proposed distracted driving legislation, a possible cause of Gianotti’s car accident. Lamber and Goodnow strive to implement changes and improvements to Arizona’s inadequate texting and distracted driving laws.

“We are proud to work with Gianotti,” said Goodnow, “Texting and distracted driving is an epidemic in Arizona. We see it first-hand every day. Something has to change -- and soon.”

Marc Lamber, handles only plaintiffs' catastrophic injury and wrongful death litigation in Arizona and across the country. He formed and currently chairs Fennemore Craig’s Plaintiff Personal Injury (PPI) Practice.

James Goodnow, a Harvard Law graduate, practices in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He has successfully litigated and resolved numerous cases involving traffic accidents.
