David Crary, founder of HindSite Software, is back with Ruth King of TurnOnMyFinancialLightbulb.com on HVACChannel.tv. The duo is doing their fourth installment of videos featuring tips, tricks, and hints for the field service industry.
The segment, airing Wednesday, August 8th, will discuss both branding and marketing a service. Creating a brand and marketing that brand to customers is a struggle for many businesses, no matter the industry. King and Crary will provide viewers information from their personal and professional experiences getting their own brands recognized.
"You've got to create a brand, a name, for yourself," says Crary. "Customers choose products largely off of how recognizable the brand is. By branding your service, and from there efficiently marketing your service, you can create a strong flow of new customers for your business."

David Crary has been in the service industry for over 20 years, half of that time as an irrigation business owner and the other half as a field service software business owner.
