FieldTurf has added Vince Sebo to its network of sales representatives, marking the seventh new addition to its sales team over the last two weeks. Vince will take on the role of regional sales manager for the Southeast Texas area. His experience and track record for developing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction made him a smart and easy choice for the world leader in sports surfacing.
The growing demand for the FieldTurf product and the need to continue to properly service clients has led to an expansion in FieldTurf's sales and customer service personnel.
"We are thrilled to have Vince on board," said FieldTurf Vice-President of Sales, Martin Olinger. "His experience in the sports world will serve him well with our company. He has been a champion at every level of sports. Vince will be a great resource because of his willingness to put the customer first and his passion for getting the job done properly. His vision is consistent with our goal of providing the most innovative, durable and safest surfaces for athletes of all ages."
Sebo has a spectacular background in the sports world. He was a 4-year graduate at the University of Missouri where he was part of the academic Big Twelve and played under coach Larry Smith. A renowned college football punter, Sebo was one of the players of the decade at Missouri in part for his second best career average and a best season average. Sebo played high school football for the legendary Emory Bellard who coached Texas A&M from 1972 to 1978 and went on to play for Pat Culpepper, former University of Texas linebacker, in his senior year. After college, Sebo worked out for a number of professional teams before finding his passion for sales and sports business. Both of Sebo's parents are educators in Texas. His mother is a high school science teacher at Spring ISD and his father is a long time coach turned Athletic Director at Sheldon ISD.
