Fifth Gear Launches New Brand to Showcase Fulfillment Services for Direct Retail Operators

Fifth Gear announces its participation at the 2010 Internet Retailer Conference & Exhibition
(IRCE) to be held June 8-11 at the McCormick Place West, Chicago. As the world's largest e-retailing show, IRCE hosts every key industry in e-retailing, including retail, catalog, manufacturing and consumer service companies. The 170,000 square-foot Exhibit Hall at IRCE 2010 will showcase technology from a wide variety of e-retailing solutions and in every category of the e-commerce marketplace.

Fifth Gear, exhibiting in Booth #324, is one of only a few exhibitors offering a complete spectrum of outsourced business and technology services for direct commerce. The company provides order fulfillment, contact center, managed ecommerce, and interactive marketing services to specialty retailers and manufacturers of consumer products.

Both companies have provided technology and operational services to the direct retail market for nearly 30 years each. The new combined company, Fifth Gear, continues to use its proprietary technology platform as the foundation for outsourced retail support of warehouse, fulfillment, customer service and marketing for its extensive customer base, including storefront operations, catalogers, e-tailers, and well-known retail clients.
