Inline Filling Systems recently introduced new hazardous location filling and capping machines designed to perform in Class 1 Division 1 Explosion Hazardous Locations. The hazardous location electrical system panel enclosure is designed to contain and cool explosive gases in the event of auto-ignition inside the electrical system housing and conduit.

The hazardous location components are UL listed and certified to conform to the National Electric Code as well as requirements of major insurance carriers. The entire system is built to resist explosions with all of the versatility of standard filling machines. The hazardous location system is available for a range of products including Bench-Top Overflow Filling Machine and Fully Automatic Servo PD Filling Machine. The system is also compatible with capping machines, conveyors and turntables.

Liquid fillings machines can be integrated with modified bottle unscramblers, capping machines, conveyors and accumulators so customers can have a complete bottling system. These systems are designed to package solvents, petroleum products, paints and more.
