Concorde Investment Services featured the National Financial Educators Council (NFEC) at their Fall Conference for financial advisors to highlight the importance of improving the financial capabilities of citizens across the United States.

Concorde Investment Services featured the National Financial Educators Council (NFEC) at their Fall Conference to highlight the importance of improving the financial capabilities of citizens across the United States. The Concorde event was designed to educate the financial advisors they serve so they can help their clients and community improve their financial situation.

The final day of Concorde’s 2-day Fall Conference featured best-selling author Peter Montoya - a recognized leader on communicating effectively with clients and a seasoned financial service industry veteran. Vince Shorb, CMO of the NFEC was the keynote speaker on the opening day of the event. Shorb shared with the advisors how financial literacy campaigns can generate community awareness while serving their clients.

This event provided opportunities for discussions that were meant to inspire and challenge the financial advisors in attendance. The agenda has been built around the concept of interactive discussions, rep-to-rep presentations, personalized marketing consulting and informative guest speakers. There was also time allocated towards Rep Roundtable Discussions, as well as Rep Expert Panel Discussions.

Stan T. Webb of Dream Catcher Wealth Management and founder of Minerva Foundation for Financial Literacy lead the financial education Rep Roundtable discussion and was among the select experts that participated in the Rep Expert Panel Discussion. Webb shared his personal insight on how he built a high-profile financial literacy campaign in Kansas for which he received a city proclamation.
