Enterprise content management solutions provider Banc Intranets LLC of Johnson City, Tenn., has been selected to provide its DirectorsLink board portal to CNB Bank Inc. of Berkley Springs, W.V.

With DirectorsLink, CNB’s directors will have more convenient access to the information they need to perform their duties. They can quickly, easily and securely obtain board books, corporate policies and other important information online, greatly improving their efficiency. For the bank, DirectorsLink will help lower printing, paper and other costs associated with producing hardcopy materials.
