Travelers to the region will experience a free third night when they book a two night stay at accommodations including, but not limited to, the Best Western Vineyard Inn, the Inn at Glenora, and the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel. A great option for families, the Holiday Inn Riverview in Elmira, and the Holiday Inn Express in Horseheads, are both offering 15 percent off standard rates when you book two nights. Book a Finger Lakes Escape through the Yates County Chamber of Commerce and receive a complimentary bottle of wine and a Keuka Lake Wine Trail Passport. Rockwell Museum of Western Art, Holiday Toy Exhibit
November 26 – December 31, 2010 ~ Toys from the collection of the Rockwell Museum of Western Art will be on display through the holidays. Seneca Lake Wine Trail, Deck the Halls
December 3 – 5, 2010 ~ This year commemorates the 19th annual Deck the Halls celebration on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, the largest wine trail in the East. Mark Twain Country, Mark Twain 175th Birthday Celebration
November 26 – November 30, 2010 ~ The year 2010 has been full of Mark Twain celebrations as it was the 100th Anniversary of the famed-writers death and burial in Elmira’s Woodlawn Cemetery. The 175th anniversary of Twain’s birth is November 30 and to commemorate the city of Elmira and all of Finger Lakes Wine Country is encouraged to take part in Mark’stache Mania.
