First Choice Group has achieved the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2008 accreditation for Quality Management Systems. The internal systems and procedures which the UK Orpington-based company has developed are designed to ensure that the Group consistently delivers excellent customer service to its clients.

The award is in addition to the ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation which is also held by the company, as well as the accreditations from Constructionline, CHAS, Exor, and The British Council for Offices.
