New parents will benefit from using the first and only complete mobile baby monitoring system with video and audio functions – the new Snuza Trio(MSRP $299.99). The new high tech baby gear for parents includes the cordless Snuza Hero Mobile Baby Movement Monitor that clips to the baby’s diaper, a night vision camera that can be aimed into the crib, as well as a built-in microphone to record sounds of the baby and Hero alarm - should it activate. The lightweight and portable Snuza Trio audio-video monitor has a 2.4 inch LCD screen that is functional to a range of 450 feet from the camera and the crib. It even includes three lullaby tunes which can be used to help soothe a baby to sleep as it is monitoring. The Snuza Video and audio system, and the Snuza Hero movement monitor, are each separate units which can be used independently, if needed. No other baby monitoring system is as complete – or as mobile – as the new Snuza Trio.
“Our daughter was three weeks old when her Snuza alarm sounded in the night,” said Mrs. Tyler Dahm. “We realized she was barely breathing and we were able to get her immediate medical attention - our Snuza literally saved her life. Now we tell everyone how vital this product is for all babies,” concluded Mrs. Dahm.
One of the biggest concerns for new parents from the time of birth until their child is one year old is Sudden Infant Death Syndrome or SIDS. The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development define SIDS as the sudden death of an infant less than one year of age which remains unexplained after a thorough case investigation. Studies show the greatest risk for SIDS is during the first 12 months of life with the peak incidence for SIDS being between 2 to 4 months of age. A Snuza Trio in an infant’s nursery and crib keeps a watchful extra eye and ear on baby when Mom or Dad rest.
The cordless Snuza Hero monitors the baby’s movement by clipping, not to the crib mattress, but gently to the baby’s diaper near the stomach. This ultra sensitive motion detector monitors and recognizes the baby’s movement constantly. If the Snuza Hero does not sense movement within a 15 second time period, it tries to stimulate your baby by activating a pulsed vibration, which imitates a technique used by Hospital Neonatal Care Units worldwide called “Cutaneous Stimulation”. If movement is not sensed within a further five seconds of the vibration, an audible alarm is triggered to alert the parents to check baby. Digital wireless technology provides interference-free communication and 100% privacy and the Snuza camera can be used in a longer distance than traditional analogue video baby monitors. Parents will benefit from the automatic night vision activation on the camera – complete will controllable brightness, auto exposure and white balance. The audio has a sound level light indicator and controllable volume.
