"It moves users closer to a perfect match between the workout routines they create using FitnessBliss and what they actually do when working out."
Montreal, Quebec (PRWEB) January 14, 2013
FitnessBliss - a leading fitness web app - now allows even greater flexibility in workout routine management with the introduction of the new 'Custom Exercises' feature.
This new feature lets users add user-created exercises to the default exercise library, pushing the number of exercises available for online workout routine creation and tracking from 750+ to virtual infinity.
"This feature does not change our commitment of forever broadening the number of default exercises available to FitnessBliss users", said Dominique DeSerres, founding president of Blisslogik, Inc. "But it does move users closer to a perfect match between the workout routines they create using FitnessBliss and what they actually do when working out."
Details about the Feature
In order to create a custom exercise a user must give it a name, specify its type (Cardio, Stretching, Weight Training, etc.), and the primary targeted muscle group. Additionally, the user can specify which auxiliary muscles are targeted; add textual instructions or notes; and finally even upload pictures or drawings of the exercise. Put together this information will assure that the custom exercise integrates well with the default exercise library.
The new feature is up and running and users can start creating custom exercises by visiting the fitness web app right now.
FitnessBliss was introduced in its current web app form in April 2009. Personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts from around the world use to it to manage their workout routines online.
